The Buel Scholars High School Enrichment Program
We are excited to announce the launch of the Buel Scholars High School Enrichment Program, an initiative dedicated to supporting high school students throughout Allegany County, Maryland.
Our mission is to help students become confident, competent, and capable contributors to their communities by equipping them with essential life skills for academic achievement, workplace readiness, and personal success.
As we enter our startup phase, we anticipate an initial program cost of approximately $100,000. We are modeling this initiative closely after the successful Sutton Scholars program Sutton Scholars and aim to have Buel Scholars up and running by Summer 2026.
To bring this vision to life—and to sustain and grow the program in the years ahead—we are seeking the support of individuals, organizations, and community partners. Donations are warmly welcomed and will directly impact the lives of local students.
